Q.  What kind of warranty does E&M offer?

A.  We offer a 2 year labor warranty, and a 10 year manufacturer's warranty through SGM.  (The maker of Diamond Brite)

* Commercial pools recieve a 5 year warranty

Q.  What kind of pool finishes does E&M use?

A.  We strictly use SGM materials for the bonding and plastering of your pool.  We are certified in applying both Diamond Brite and River Rock finishes. 

Q.  How long has E&M been in business?

A.  E&M has been in business since May of 1995, and has been a corporation since 1999.

Q.  Many companies claim they are "Family Owned & Operated" to improve their image.  Is E&M truly family owned & operated?

A.  Yes!  Eloy & Melody are Husband & Wife (Both owners of the company)  Eloy supervised the plaster crews while Melody keeps everything in line at the office.  Their nephew, Harold, supervises and works on the prep crew and also is the repair technician.  Christina, their niece, works in the office along with Melody.

A.  All of Palm Beach County (Tequesta, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach,  North Palm Beach, Lake Park, Palm Beach Island, Jupiter Farms, Palm Beach Country Estates, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, Wellington, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Hypoluxo, Lantana, Manalapan, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Ocean Ridge, Atlantis, Lake Clarke Shores, Palm Springs.  Also servicing some of Martin & Broward Counties as well. 

Q.  Does E&M only replaster existing pools?

A.  No, we also clean out and plaster new pools that have just been built.  We also provide many other services and products you can find on our website!  

Q.  Does E&M carry all the proper licensing & insurance?

A.  Yes, copies are available upon request for your piece of mind.  We carry General Liability insurance, Auto insurance, Worker's Comp and Pool Pop-Out insurance.  We have our State License, Palm Beach County Occupational License and Certificate of Competency as well as smaller local permits and licenses (Royal Palm Beach, Atlantis, Lake Clarke Shores etc...)
